Central location close to several train stations. Lots of places to eat in the area and there is a 7-11 convivence store on the 1st floor of the hotel. There is a convenient work space and self-baggage storage area on the lobby floor. The wifi works well and I was able to do zoom calls and play games over steam with no issues. The onsen area on the 3rd floor was great. Very new, clean, and relaxing. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body scrub towels, hair ties, q-tips, cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and fancy hair dryers available. I especially enjoyed the microbubble pool in the semi-outdoor area. You can use the smart TV in your room to check and see if it's crowded. The hotel also provides lounge wear top and bottom (likely need to be US size L or smaller to fit!), toothbrushes, and tea. The breakfast is buffet style and there are a variety of options to choose from. Drink options include green tea, herb tea, various types of coffee, various type of water, orange juice, milk, and a green smoothie. Food options include breads, soups, rice, curry, veggie based salads, eggs, Japanese style sweets, and 2-3 meat/fish dishes. I really enjoyed the buffet, but one thing to note is that only 1-2 dishes change daily, so it does get a bit boring in terms of choice after a few days. On Sunday there was a line for the buffet as seating was full. Didn't take too long to get inside, but could cause issues for anyone in a rush.

Very good. New facilities are on top of a 7-Eleven and close walk to train station and restaurants. Rooms were clean.

Location is perfect as it sits in the heart of Akasaka. While the street it’s situated on gets busy during the evening it’s still relatively quiet compared to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Perfect location if you want a break from the bustling streets of Tokyo! (Gives you the opportunity to experience best of both worlds Tokyo has to offer) especially since we only came back to rest up or sleep! Close to 3 different metro stations (about 5-7min walk) and soo many restaurants and bars around. Also situated right above a 711 which was super convenient.

This hotel offers fantastic value for money. The large onsen is a standout feature— spacious and clean. Having a 7-Eleven conveniently located in the ground floor was a huge plus. The location is in my opinion one of the best in Tokyo: it’s in a relatively quiet neighborhood but still close to three metro lines, making it easy to get around in the city. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The best part for us were the excellent breakfast and the public bath. We enjoyed waking up and heading downstairs for some delicious Japanese-Western breakfast. Think smoothies, pastries, freshly cooked rice, tempura and fish. Look out for the sweet rice balls. In the evening, we usually had a bath - best feeling before going to bed and a unique experience. Very friendly and welcoming staff! We liked the central location with many restaurants. 7/11 downstairs.

The location was great, 5-7 minute walk from a station depending which one you needed. Surrounding streets were filled with everything you need, plenty of shops and restaurants. The most convenient and favourite thing about the stay was the connecting 7/11. Rooms was cleaned daily with fresh towels always provided.

Akasaka is a great location for the new to Japan traveller! It’s quiet but still has plenty around for food and experiences like the Shrine - it’s only 20min by car to major locations you likely wish to visit such as Shibuya and Shinjinku and not hard to catch train also as there’s 2 stations within walking distance from the Hotel as well as plenty of great coffee options - our fave for Aussie coffee drinkers was Keys Cafe - quiet easy to access from the Hotel and good strong coffee! Close to Roppongi for night life

The property was close to lots of good food and adjacent to a 7-11 for supplies like water and snacks. The property was relatively close to transit lines . The breakfast buffet provided several options to choose from and traditional Japanese breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and cheerful; one staff member even had a device that she could speak into that translated to English for more difficult questions or help needed. Room was refreshed daily and supplies were adequate.

I like the properties attention to details specifically with the room. The room is quite small but is what you can expect from a Japanese hotel room. The restroom was quite spacious. The location of the property was great. Easy access with the ginza line where you can have connections with the Tokyo line(shinkansen station) and other JR lines. The ginza line is also an easy access to shibuya, ueno and akihabara, hence it was so nice to have a 20-30min train ride to these places. You can also request for an airport transfer (Narita or Haneda) which is way more cheaper compared to your regular taxi or booking agencies, just make sure to make arrangements 2-3 before the actual schedule.
